Filing requirements to obtain filing date:
- applicant's full name, address and nationality
- full names, address and nationality of each inventor
- information on how applicant obtained rights from inventors
- copy of complete specification, claims and drawings (in English)
- priority application details if claiming convention priority
Further Requirements:
- certified copy of the priority application document
- verified English translation of priority application

Requirements for National Phase Entries into New Zealand and Australia for PCT International Patent Applications
Filing requirements to obtain filing date:
- applicant's full name, address and nationality

- copy of complete specification, claims and drawings (in English)
- priority application details if claiming convention priority
- International patent application number
Further Requirements:
- verified English translation of patent specification if international application was not filed in English.
